    I find that accountability is a by-product of job satisfaction. As long as the security guards are engaged with their job, they will always be accountable for their work.

    While working in a team, it is often recommended not to give direct orders. Instead, ask questions to guide your team members to think through issues and come up with their own solutions is suggested. This way one finds out that ownership and subsequent responsibility for the task increase when the team member develops the solution. Interesting isn’t it?
