Guardso Security Patrol System: Ensuring The Safety Of Your Security Guards

At the end of the day, if the main concern of your organization towards your guards is not having each of them go home safe; you’ll need to update the list of your priorities. It has become more necessary than ever to build a robust security patrol system to ensure the safety of all staff and especially, the security guards deployed at remote patrol sites.

In the past, a security guard company was forced to rely on paper reports and monitor via radios, but not anymore. The introduction of Guardso with GPS tracking as the key feature has tackled the challenge head-on to keep the security guards safe on the job. Here’s all you need to know about this mobile integrated app to make a difference as well as meet the security industry’s safety standards.

  • GPS Tracking in Real-Time

Traditional approaches to security guards safety may not seem as safe as it once might have. Reason being, we are all surrounded by technology that has changed not only our lives but also the way places we work.

When it comes to a private patrol company you might or might not be aware of, one of the most frequently highlighted features that play an important part in the safety of the on-site guards is GPS tracking. Guardso security guard tracking allows you to keep track of the guards’ location all the time. Automated with live mobile app notifications, skipped checkpoints on the patrol route can easily be identified while keeping a check on him if everything’s okay.

  • Checkpoints with Automated Live Guard Mobile App Notification

Similarly, to track the process and safety of the guards, security guard checkpoint system can also be created along their routes with the help of Guardso security patrol system. Automatic notification is sent when a worker reaches a checkpoint, or even when he fails to show up on time. For the times when a guard could get in some serious trouble, the same can also be helpful to respond in time to save his life.

  • Video Recording On The Go

Can video recording play a crucial part in improving security guards safety? In case you’re wondering, you don’t have to anymore because the answer to this question is yes. Using this readily available technology to your advantage, you can prevent your worker against legal concerns in the situation of disputes. How? Let’s assume a situation where your security guard encounters an intruder, and there’s no other witness.

Having a mobile phone with Guardso security patrol system installed on it, in such a grave situation can become a lifesaver. It helps summon external help to the exact location cutting down the need for assumptions by the security guard company. Even better, it all can be video recorded to resolve serious problems when the nature of an incident and how the guard responded to it can become questionable. With a lack of proper evidence, such type of situations can quickly escalate into a messy legal battle ripping you off your profits as well as your cherished clients.

Using the new Guardso 3.0 with additional features such as watch logs, incident reporting, track history, and many more can alter such scenarios. If your guard responded to the situation as required by the rules and regulations, video recording, watch logs along with an incident report can be more than enough to protect both your private patrol company and your guards.

  • Increase Reliability & Transparency

In a world where everything is constantly evolving, don’t we all wish for things to rely on? With an added a touch of transparency, that dream can come true. Guardso mobile integrated app available on various platforms is that one thing you can rely on for the safety of both your workers and your clients, while ultimately improving efficiency.

Let’s work together, your private patrol company and Guardso security patrol system to make a better tomorrow.

With the levels of crime and intrusions rising, the safety of lone guards has started to look like a concern in itself. Really appreciate it Cameron how you have managed to address the issue and suggest the appropriate remedy to mitigate it.

Lone guard safety is a serious matter. No security guard company should take it for granted. It’s amazing how technology has taken over ensuring the safety of not just a lone guard, but every other guard too. Very well explained blog! Will look forward to more such posts by Guardso.

Hi, Cameron. Identifying potential risks in advance is also an effective and preventative means by which to protect lone workers. Depending on the nature of employment, this may result in anything from evaluating the type of client the worker is likely to encounter, to going over existing incident reports looking for correlations. No risk assessment will be able to predict every possible danger or prevent each foreseeable hazard—but they can help to make sure that employer and workers are informed and prepared.

Even if employees bemoan safety rules and regulations, they actually bring them peace of mind. It’s like raising a child. They may not love the rules their parents put in place, but every child psychologist will tell you that children actually want rules because they make them feel safe. When people go to work each day, they want to feel safe.

Even police and military, who are in danger every day, are purposely equipped with weapons and monitoring devices to ensure they are taking every precaution to stay alive. Companies who fail to give their employees the tools and support to ensure their safety is creating stress that inevitably affects job performance.

Automated live guard mobile app notifications is a great way of getting notified when a security guard reaches a checkpoint or when he fails to show up on time or not at all. Appropriate actions pertaining to such situations can quickly be taken. Though, it’s rarely required as using such technology makes security guards more accountable for their work.
